Hardwood
Unlike many store-bought products today, Display Shack uses real hardwood to construct your display. Stronger than most building materials, with the proper maintenance & care, your wood display can continue to look like new for decades.
Keep your display in a climate-controlled environment. Avoid placing your display in direct sunlight, or near sources of heating and cooling. Wood will react to changes in temperature and humidity which can damage the display. Regular dusting is recommended to keep your display looking shiny. For heavier cleaning, use a soft cloth with warm, soapy water. Avoid chemical products and use polishes sparingly as they tend to build up a film on the finish that will attract dust and soil.
Felt Backing
For displays with felt backing, we recommend using a felt brush (or a small brush with medium coarse bristles) to gently remove any dust and debris. Using a brush with too coarse of bristles may cause pilling. A small hand vacuum may also be used, however larger models could pull the felt away from the back or again cause pilling. If pilling does occur, you can use a pumice stone to smooth the appearance of the felt.
Acrylic Doors (PlexiGlass)
Our enclosed display cases have sliding clear acrylic doors. To keep them looking new, use only a damp soft cloth when cleaning (a drop of mild detergent can be added if necessary). Never use paper towels or chemical cleaners such as Windex or damage may occur.
To keep the screws hidden and ensure your display sits flush with the wall, Display Shack uses keyhole slots for hanging our wall displays. And here’s a solution for hanging them that works great.
Using a level that spans the length of your display, attach masking tape pieces at the keyhole locations. Keeping the level even with the top of the display, mark the locations of the slots on the tape (as shown right) If you want to center the display you can also add tape and mark this location. (For three slot displays this location will be your center hole)
Choose a mounting location for the display and mark the wall center location at the desired height. (Don’t forget to account for the distance from the top of the display to the top of the keyhole slot) Then, place the level’s center mark on the wall mark (making certain it’s level) and transfer the screw location marks to the wall.
Finally, insert the mounting screws on the keyhole marks and hang your display. We recommend using the included self-drilling wall anchors when mounting to drywall locations with no wall studs.
Shipping & Rates
To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product(s) to your shopping cart and enter your zip code where you see “calculate shipping”. Combined shipping will be calculated whenever possible. However, please note we cannot combine shipping on multiple enclosed display cases.
Shipping Methods & Times
Display Shack ships using both UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery times will be shown once your zip code is entered in the shopping cart. At that time you will have the ability to choose the best rate and time for your needs. If you do not see a USPS shipping option, this means that service is not available for the size package required to deliver your purchase.
Please note: If an item in your cart contains the message “Est delivery dates do not apply. This item will be built to order.” Build time will need to be added to you delivery estimate date. By default all items in you cart will ship together. If you have purchased multiple items and would like a stock product to ship sooner, we recommend you place multiple orders.

Tracking Your Order
An email will be sent including tracking information once your item has shipped.
If you did not receive the email or would simply like to check the status of your order, please log into your Display Shack Account. Once logged in use the “orders” selection to review your order history. Select your order and the status information will be displayed at the top of that page. Once your item has shipped, a tracking number will be included here.

You may return any item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. All original packaging, and accessories must be returned, as well. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling on returned items unless it is a result of our error. Once each item is inspected and approved we will issue a refund for the value of the item, including any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
On occasion damage may occur during shipping. In the event that your display is damaged please contact Display Shack to notify us of the issue so we may start the process to replace or repair the display. We will arrange for UPS to inspect the damage and have it returned. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes or packing material, UPS will need to inspect these to process the claim.

Ship the item using the original packaging and make certain the item is packaged securely.
Privacy
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via account signup, email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us and will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than to request a verified review and as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Stripe provides the processing of payment for hundreds of thousands of websites on the internet. Using this service allows us to remove the burden of processing highly sensitive data. This means your financial data is never stored on our server but can be referenced in the future should you choose to save this information.
