Display Shack started in 2004 after my then employer chose to move the business out of state. Not looking to uproot my family, I instead decided to find something that would allow me to work closer to home. As a beverage enthusiast and craftsman, I had previously built a variety of items around the home. This included a few unique displays for personal collections. Wondering if others would be interested in my designs, I chose some of my favorites and started reworking them for production.
Within a few months the products were ready and the new business was online. Display Shack started out selling a handful of items including cases for shot glasses and other collectibles. However, with very few choices available for displaying tap handles and pint glasses, soon I began to focus more on this growing market. Listening to the requests of our early customers, Display Shack soon had a base of products we still sell today. Within a few years my wife Becki joined the company and today it’s an entire family operation.
Doing business online gives us the ability to sell directly to our customers. This ensures that you are not only satisfied with our product but also with the entire experience. Since the beginning it has always been important that our displays were constructed to the highest standard. We use only quality materials including regionally grown and locally milled red oak hardwood. With this attention to detail, I assure you that our products won’t just be suited for your garage, but will look beautiful placed anywhere in your home, office, bar, or even the finest of man caves.
