Due to custom color choices, displays are built to order and require up to 6 business days before shipping.

of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for shipping and
handling on returned items unless it is a result of our error.

Ship the item using the original packaging
when possible and make certain the item is packaged securely.
On occasion damage may occur during shipping. In the event that
your display is damaged please contact
Display Shack to notify us of the issue so we may start
the process to replace or repair the display. We will arrange
for UPS to inspect the damage and have it returned. DO NOT throw
away shipping boxes or packing material, UPS will need to inspect
these to process the claim.
